Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the CanTRAC platform (website, mobile application, or web dashboard), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

These terms apply to all users: patients, doctors, clinic assistants, vendors, and administrators.

Description of Service

CanTRAC is a breast cancer patient management platform that enables:

• Patients to track their treatment journey through a structured physical diary and mobile scanning app
• Doctors and clinic staff to monitor patient progress through a web dashboard
• AI-powered extraction of structured clinical data from scanned diary pages

CanTRAC is a clinical support tool only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations.

User Accounts & Roles

• Each user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials
• Doctors are responsible for the clinic assistants they authorise on the platform
• Account sharing is not permitted
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account at info@onehealtech.com
• OneHeal Technologies reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms

Patient Data & Medical Disclaimer

• Diary entries may not be reviewed immediately by your doctor
• Do not start, stop, or change medications based solely on CanTRAC diary data
• Scanned entries may contain extraction errors — always review and confirm data before clinical decisions
• CanTRAC does not replace in-person medical consultation

Intellectual Property

All content on the CanTRAC platform — including the diary design, bubble-sheet formats, page templates, QR codes, software, and AI models — is the intellectual property of OneHeal Technologies Pvt. Ltd. © 2026. All rights reserved.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of this platform without prior written permission, except for personal use by patients and clinical use by authorised treating physicians.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

• Use the platform for any purpose other than breast cancer patient care management
• Attempt to access another patient's or doctor's data without authorisation
• Upload false, misleading, or manipulated diary data
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the platform's AI models or data
• Use automated bots or scripts to access the platform

Limitation of Liability

OneHeal Technologies Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for:

• Clinical decisions made based on data shown in the platform
• Errors in AI-extracted diary data (users must verify all extracted data)
• Loss of data due to user device failure or network issues
• Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from platform use

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the preceding 12 months.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to CanTRAC:

• For violation of these terms
• For non-payment (for paid tiers)
• If required by law or court order

Upon termination, your data will be handled per our Privacy Policy data retention terms.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.

For any queries or disputes, contact us first at info@onehealtech.com. We will attempt to resolve disputes amicably within 30 days before any legal proceedings.
